Mobile Sales Tools users can control how assets are sorted within library folders or search results by tapping on the Sort icon. Assets can be sorted in ascending order according to Title, Date Modified, Size or File Type:
NOTE: The Sort order you choose will remain active and affect the assets displayed in all library folders or search results until changed from within the Sort menu.
Filtering for Offline Assets
Mobile Sales Tools users can also filter library folders or search results to only display the assets that they have downloaded to their local device for offline access. This can be useful in instances when a user doesn't have a reliable internet connection and wants to restrict content to assets that are accessible offline. Clicking on the Sort icon will allow you to enable the Offline Assets Filter for all library folders or search results:
NOTE: The Offline Assets Filter will remain active and affect the assets displayed in all library folders or search results until deactivated from within the Sort menu.
