Mobile Sales Tool users can share content & assets with undefined, individual contacts from within the asset library of the MST, but BAM! also allows for maintaining a list of defined, persistent Customer Profiles that are specific to each of your MST users.

When Customer Profiles have been enabled within BAM!, content & assets can be saved to a particular profile for quick access when dealing with that customer, and a history of the assets shared with each particular profile is maintained for easy reference. A customer’s website, email address, phone numbers and mailing address can also be saved to their profile for quick access, and clicking on any of those values will launch the appropriate app on supported mobile devices.

Enabling Customer Profiles

Before Mobile Sales Tool users can utilize Customer Profiles an Admin must turn on the functionality from within the Customer Profiles section of the DAM Settings. Checking Customer Profiles Enabled will allow all of your MST users to access all of the Customer Profiles features, and the Default Email Subject and Default Email Message used when sharing content to customers can also be defined from this page. Remember to Save any changes made to these settings:

NOTE: Salesforce integration must be disabled in order to use Customer Profiles.
