Summary:

Implements enhancements to asset upload process for increased application stability.  Implements select client-requested enhancements to user interface.  Adds support for Mobile Sales Tool registration and sign-in.

Enhancements: 

Front End

  • Enhances News Asset creation to allow PDF content
  • Adds FreshDesk Help widget with Knowledge Base search and bug reporting
  • Adds a PDF preview to asset detail
  • Adds template variables (%F, %D, %I) to single asset edit modal
  • Adds "Settings" top-level menu item to replace permissions; this menu item includes sections for customizing the MST as well as maintaining existing permissions settings
    • Branding: Allows admin to customize the logo and MST splash screen
    • Featured Assets: Allows admin to add up to 6 assets to be featured on the carousel on the MST dashboard
    • Menu: Allows admin to customize the names of items that appear on the menu.  Allows admin to add up to 3 assets and 3 URLs that can be accessed directly from the menu.
    • Resources: Allows admin to customize the contents of the Resources page with custom URLs and Phone Number links.  Allows admin to add links to their social media accounts.
  • Updated password reset flow to work for both MST and DAM users
