This release focuses on usability enhancements for DAM users.

Publishing: We've added a 1-click option for "publish and approve" or "unpublish and approve". For users that have the appropriate permissions, these actions will immediately publish or unpublish the asset(s). In addition, these actions suppress the email notification to approvers.
Added a filter for asset status to folders in the MST endpoint, which allows filtering by: "pending approval", "pending removal", "approved", and "all" assets.
Enabled "select all" action in MST endpoint if a filter other than "all" is applied
Added folder-level badges showing assets that need pending approvals (publish and unpublish)
Clicking badges will apply filter to folder view
Allow expand/contract of sidebar for large folders
MST Configuration: Allow Email as custom resource type
