Summary:

This release delivers new features and performance enhancements to the DAM app, as well as updates to the BAM! logo and a defect fix. 

Enhancements: 

DAM

  • New Feature: PDF thumbnail preview image
    • The first page of PDF asset files now appear as the preview image on the card details in the library
    • NOTE: All existing PDFs in the User's library that end in ".pdf" will include a preview image, except for some invalid files. If you experience this issue, please contact Support and include a link to the asset 
  • New Feature: Document Replacement
    • Users can now replace document files by uploading a new file from their machine from the asset details page, by clicking on the upload icon in the top left of the asset viewer screen (shown below) 
    • Supported asset types for replacement: word documents, audio files, movie files, pdf, excel, powerpoint, and images

Defect Fixes:

  • Fixes issue with BAM! Viewer site loading in IE11
