Summary:

This release delivers new analytics functionality to the BAM! Digital Asset Management system.  

Enhancements: 

DAM 

  • Analytics Page:
    • Dashboard: Get a high-level view of usage over a targeted date range.
    • User activity: See which users have been using the DAM or MST.
    • Assets viewed: See which assets are getting used in DAM and MST.
    • Assets shared: See which assets are being shared from DAM or MST, and how customers are engaging with the delivered links.
  • Permissions:
    • Find a user by searching for the user's name (and/or email address).
  • Publish Status:
    • In the Library, see an indicator when an asset is currently published to MST.
