Summary:

This release delivers some refinements to analytics functionality to the BAM! Digital Asset Management system, and some bug fixes.

Enhancements: 

DAM 

  • Analytics Page Updates:

    • User activity: See a line graph of user activity over the selected date range; Select a specific date to see users active on that date.

    • Assets viewed: See a line graph of the number of asset views over the selected date range; Select a specific date to see assets viewed on that date.

    • Assets shared: See a line graph of the number of asset shares over the selected date range; Select a specific date to see assets shared on that date.

    • Data export: Analytics tables can be exported as .csv for use in spreadsheets

  • User Deletion:

    • Fixes an issue where a user could not be deleted after a user email or name search was performed.

  • Removed Empty Folder Message

    • A folder containing no assets in BAM! Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform now shows no “There’s Nothing Here!” message.

  • Enhanced Search

    • Fixes an issue where special (non-alphanumeric) characters were stripped from search queries. For example, searches will now match against assets with hyphens in the title.

  • Web Publish Permissions

    • Users and Groups may now be given publish access to web endpoint folders, without having full content admin privileges.

  • Infrastructure Updates

    • Updated system for reliability, performance, and efficiency.
